For the past three Thursdays our touch rugby couch, Trevor had been teaching us the basic skills and rules of touch including a few games we played to warm up.
Trevor taught us how to plant the ball which is when you put the ball between your legs, step over it then to the side, step back and one of your teammates is free to pick it up and run. There was also this one practice when you ran up with your dummy half, you pick it up run a little while getting touched, plant it, then your dummy half picks it up moves forward and passes it back to you. For our warm ups we played a lot of games including my favorite game where we were in a circle and heaps of balls were going around, then you would eventually drop the ball until there was only a little bit of people left.
In the end we had some touch games with girls against girls and boys against boys. In these games we used all the skills Trevor had taught us even though he still had to remind us on what we had to do. Then soon later we had to say goodbye and go back to class.

Tori Kelly
Everybody has a favorite singer right? A singer that they can listen to all the time and sing to their singers songs 24/7. Well that’s the same with me as my favorite singer is the fabulous, amazing, beautiful Tori Kelly.
She happens to be my favorite singer because she's inspiring and writes her own songs to perfection as well as, being able to sing high, low and in between with no trouble. Tori is my favorite singer because she writes music that I like to hear and her voice always sounds fabulous. But every time when I listen to her songs it feels just like she’s directing her lyrics to me so that it becomes a part of me. It feels as if she’s giving me an important message which really means something to me and will stay with me forever.

Child Hood Friends Switched At Birth
Luke Monias and Norman Barkman recently discovered they were switched at birth over 40 years ago. They were both born on the same day in Canada in 1975, grew up in the same little community and were good friends through out there lives. But as they began to grow older people started to joke around saying they look exactly the same as if they were twins. This made them very aware and both decided to take a DNA test. Soon later the results were confirmed that they were twins and had been switched at birth. Now all they want is some answers from there family.

Our Garden
Today some college students came to our school and dug up the plants outside our classroom so that we can plant new ones.
We then had to decide on one flower that we thought should be in our garden, which I decided on a fire lily. I chose this particular plant because it's something really different, interesting, cool to look at and spot on. It's a plant I hopefully think that everyone thinks is awesome and amazing that it might just be able to get a spot in front of our classroom.
